Whole-In-One is a new application that includes all the essential computer needs, BUT is designed to be used by anyone who has not used a computer before or finds using a computer complicated.
All the essential computer needs such as email, web browser, a photo album, contact details, word processor, scanner plus a lot more are all included in one place.
Other features include a simple video chat facility to help those who find themselves lonely and isolated as well as a forum to chat to other users.

This means that new computer users do not have to learn how to run different programs, although Whole-In-One does include lessons in using a computer.
Everything today is on-line and everyone is expected to use a computer to shop on-line, access deals or even to renew essential documents such as driving licences, TV licences, Blue Badge Parking etc.
However there is a very large amount of the population, not just in the UK, but worldwide (which is why Whole-In-One will be available in 58 different languages! -
see the list here) who do not have basic computer skills or find them complex to use. In the UK alone, this is estimated to be approximately 5 millions people.

If you do not already have an email address, you can set on up for free, very simply.
It will automatically read emails from the server, allow you to reply or forward it to someone else.
Any photos which are received will automatically be added to your photo album.
You can add photos or any documents to an email.

All photos, received by emails, downloaded from a camera etc will automatically be added to the Photo Album.
No need to go hunting around the computers files.
Includes ability to add them to emails, rename, delete etc.

Load up web sites and search the internet for anything.
Includes links to popular websites.
No need to type in website details.
Any scam websites will be blocked for your protection.

Make a note of calendar events such as appointments, birthdays etc.
You can set up optional reminders to appear at a time before the event.

Add contact details such as name, address, email etc as well as log ins and passwords for accounts (account numbers etc)

For all user, it will be free to use for the first 3 months. This gives you the chance to try it out for free without any commitments.
Following that, it is:-
£15 per month subscription
£60 for a six month subscription (saving £30)
£120 for a 12 Month subscription (saving £60)
You can cancel the subscription at any time and there is no minimum subscription period.

There are a few people running beta copies who are giving very positive feedback as well as suggestions for new features and bugs which all new products have.
The Beta version already enables 90% of the features to be used and when the release version is released all the information used is preserved, so no loss of emails, photo albums etc.
It is hoped that the final version will be available by the end of September 2024. However you can still request a beta copy at any time before then.
